I was fired from a company for using CBD. The company is Alta Convenience located on S Colorado Blvd. The person who fired me has abused their powers in management, this same person is mean, nasty, and hateful. He degrades his employees and makes them feel bad about themselves. This same person was also caught with CBD on the clock and nothing happened to him. He does not deserve his job as the District Manager.

Why do people in upper management have the right to discriminate people for the same things they are guilty of? I am aware that CBD is federally illegal still but it still does not get you high and you can find CBD byproducts in most stores.. I had to use CBD products to help my anxiety while working and for my back pain. 
I have lost my job and my family is struggling because of this unjust company. I demand justice and I demand for Gabe Archuleta to be exposed for his behavior.

While working for this company I was overworked and underpaid, I had to stay all day at work sometimes. I had to close and then open. I sweat, bled, and cried tears for this company just for all my hard work to be under appreciated. My name is Kristina, and I really need support. My family’s Christmas is ruined because of a greedy corporate pushover. Gabe fired the manager over a Cbd pen that was mine. When he asked whose it was he kept calling me a liar and terminated the manager on the spot. He called me a liar after making me write a statement saying it was mine. He attacked the manager and my family. I reported this incident to the company’s HR and they did nothing and fought against me and were very rude to me over the phone. We need justice!

I am pushing for hard working retail employees who do their jobs and for CBD to be federally legal since it does not alter the mind. People are allowed to do mine altering pharmaceuticals while working but CBD pushes the line. Make it make sense.
