Two things can be true at the same time.

I hope everyone saw Angela Ganote's Fox 59 report on problems at IACS last night. There are problems at IACS. The agency has been chronically underfunded for years and managing that kind of situation is difficult, even if overall intake numbers are down. Apparently the current management isn't up to the task. However, it is also true that there is a crisis of pit bull overpopulation, 90-95% of the intake is pit bulls and they euthanize 1 in 4 dogs. I don't want the pit bull crisis to be used as an excuse for mismanagement. Or mismanagement and lower overall intake numbers to be used as "evidence" that the pit bull overpopulation crisis isn't real. Two things can be true at the same time.
