The issue of bullying is that it is like a weed if we do not cut it out now it will grow and sap the life out of everyone and everything and will get worse if we don’t stop it now, this is why I made this petition to stop it before we cannot.

I will try to get all the votes I can to send to the department to keep kids from the stress of being bullied which stays in the back of their minds and stops them from working to their full capabilities.

I for one should know because I was bullied and it made me feel like I was worthless but here I am writing this petition for the next generation I will not let anymore kids to be hurt my solution is make it a requirement for each school to employ 1 mental health worker so kids will have someone to talk to it might make small changes at first but it will eventuate to change the bigger picture.

this is unacceptable if a student punched or pushed a student they would get a detention or a suspension at most but if that student did that to a teacher they would get expelled how is that supposed to work we are all humans we all are worth the same they should be punished the same as if it happened to a teacher don't change severe just because one is older and in charge of the punishments.

When I was still in primary school, I knew firsthand what it was like to be bullied, and just what some young children were capable of. In fact, bullies can be cunning, ruthless, deceitful, brazen and, even worse, very charming and two-faced. Now that I am in my later middle years, it is easy for me to understand that, unlike most normal adults, some children and teenagers seem to have a form of revenge that knows no limits, precisely because they do not have a fully developed thinking brain and a conscience that enable them to control volatile emotions, accurately assess the consequences of their actions, and maintain a satisfactory standard of behaviour in the community. Furthermore, whether a bully grew up in an abusive family environment or, to the other extreme, was pampered from an early age, is not a valid excuse for violating the safety of another fellow human being. After all, every bully is really a coward; otherwise, why would he or she target someone who is more vulnerable or defenceless?- Steven Gosch (thank you for the comment)
