There is a fear within the Hope Mills community that the continuous building that the town is wanting to do will result in the destruction of the green space on the Golfview Greenway!  This petition is a plea to our local government and regulatory bodies to stop the building, which may also affect the habitat of the wildlife in those areas.  The current plan for building on the Greenway will also affect the quality of life of the residents in that area resulting in increased traffic, crime, and high noise levels.  There is also the possibility that the residents will also see increased tax rates due to the extensive construction that is planned for this area.
