Dogs are the same they act how they are treated. Too many people don't understand any dog can be aggressive if trained to be. Much like humans brought up in a caring environment People are happy. BUT chained up, made to fight and abused you get defensive and aggressiveness. It's not the breeds fault but who raises it. Much like firearms we punish taking firearms away when it did nothing. It's the owner's fault. Punish them, THEY are the ones at fault.
