In 2022 I was traumatised and bullied by Social Services and this stemmed from false accusations made by the Deputy Principal of my son’s former school. 

To date the school has not taken any responsibility for the false accusations made by this person. 

I have spoken to many Special Educational Needs (SEN) parents who have suffered a similar fate.

Schools should be required to make truthful statements and provide evidence to support  their claims.

Schools and Social Services should deal fairly with parents and stop scape-goating innocent parents.

Social Services should follow the correct process and stop bullying innocent parents. 

Schools and the Local Authority (Social Services) should face prosecution by regulating bodies if found to be making/acting on baseless accusations.

If schools and Social Services do not stop this behaviour parents of disabled children will suffer mental distress like I did and there could be serious consequences affecting their ability to look after their children.

Children can be removed from loving homes with devastating consequences as a result.
