Billboard has announced once again they are changing their Hot 100 rules. Starting today June 30th 2023, Billboard will stop counting sales from artists website. This is a terrible idea! They are single handedly ruining the music industry. In order to keep the money going to the labels, they are giving all the power to radio and labels and taking it away from fans. We need to speak up because this is a disservice to s o many artists that have real fans, and not bots. Please speak out about this issue, before the music industry is completely lost! Artist like Nicki Minaj, Taylor Swift, and Jimin have huge sales from online fans. Artist like them will be directly affected by this negatively. Billboard changing the chart seems to be a calculated move, to suppress artists with high sales. This should be illegal! Please share and support this petition so Billboard sees how upset REAL music fans are by this!
