Today at 1:30pm is the first King County Council meeting with an open Public Comment period. They only allow open comments on the last meeting of the month as the weekly comment period is reserved for Agenda items only...

If we miss this comment period, we won't be able to make public comments at a King County Council meeting until the JULY 25th meeting... Unless, they add our BESS as an official Agenda item in a meeting...

We need to get King County to hold a public hearing for the Battery Energy Storage System aka BESS being proposed next to Mattson Middle School and our neighborhoods (and every other BESS proposed in King County)
