Banning breed after breed has not fixed anything and it will not. There is only one dangerous breed and it is humans. Lack of knowledge, understanding and willing creates nervous or aggressive dogs, no dog is born aggressive. 

The amount of dogs that will be dumped or given up at shelters now will sky rocket once people realise they will no longer get the money they wanted and it is heartbreaking.

This petition is to change the way dog ownership and breeding is regulated. Breeders and owners should be licensed. Unless you have a license you can't own a dog. Unless you have a breeders license you can't breed dogs. Heavy penalties should be imposed on anyone breaking these laws.

There are no dangerous breeds, only dangerous people.
