Our animal pounds are full of a continuous stream of homeless dogs and cats.  With the exception of a registered breeders licence each and every animal registered and/or microchipped should be desexed.  The cost of desexing should be automatically incorporated into the fee.  Desexing should be manadatory to stop the ongoing crisis of homeless animals, abuse and the constant reliance on donations and some (if any) government funding.
