🛑 Stop the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission from Landlocking Our Property
We are Amber Cunningham and Joseph Hanks, a family working hard to build a homestead in rural Arkansas. Without legal recourse, the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission (AGFC) has blocked the only usable access point to our land — placing a massive boulder in the path and threatening us with arrest for attempting to use it.

This access had been used without issue for months, with permission. Yet despite a filed injunction, AGFC escalated — and worse, one of their officers physically assaulted my husband when we peacefully approached to discuss the blockade. Now, our family — including our children — is effectively trapped, and we are being denied our basic property rights.

This is not only immoral — it is illegal. Arkansas law prohibits public agencies from denying a private citizen access to their own land. Yet here we are.

We have asked for help. We’ve filed with the courts. We’ve begged our government to intervene. We are out of time and resources. If you believe in property rights, freedom from harassment, and the right of families to live in peace — we need your voice.
