I made a Facebook group to make it easier to communicate with everyone at once, please join!

If you don't have Facebook but want updates, don't worry. We will figure something out. With the amount of people invested though, a Facebook group is the most efficient way to update.
Thank you to everyone that has signed and shared this already! We were able to gather 200 signatures to present at the public hearing, despite only having 72 hours. Very impressive! While it would have been nice to have the development stopped at that hearing, it wasn't our expectation. We were very proud of the over 120 people that showed up in opposition (so many that people lined the walls and spilled into the hallway), and the massive amount (I heard over 40 but haven't counted yet) of public commentators. Public comment went on for hours and the commission head said it was the most intense hearing he'd been a part of. We only got one vote against it, however he is also the President of the City Council, so that is a pretty important "no" vote.
Thank you for your continued support as we show the city we won't back down!
