I have recently come across videos of people finding living animals being throw away in dumpsters by huge companies, specifically Petsmart and Petco. Parrots, hamsters, gerbils, boxes of fish in containers, snails in tied off bags, and other animals sold by these stores are being throw away in their dumpsters to die along with hundreds of pounds of pet food that could be donated. This is disgusting and heartbreaking that these companies and employees are letting these helpless animals with beating hearts get thrown out to die by themselves. This cannot be legal. There are so many other ways to take care of “unwanted” animals then to throw them away like a piece of trash. Sign this petition with me to bring awareness and take action to have this stopped.
