Please contribute a couple of euros to get this petition shown to more people. It will be presented together with  a separate petition for an Animal Inspector for the county of Mayo. PLEASE PLEASE lets show how much the people want animal welfare to be recognised. At the moment there is literally NO ONE to uphold the law. I personally know of many cases, some have been going on for years, where animals are dying from extreme neglect, but NO ONE is acting on their behalf.
