Animals are not objects that can be abused! They need care and love. Humans should not be using the lives of animals for their own benefit. In some countries, it is the law to test on animals before releasing a cosmetic product. Animal abuse can also come in many different forms such as neglect, abusive discipline etc. It also exists in many different industries such as circuses, TV, zoos, bullfighting etc.

Unfortunately, animal testing is still legal in Canada and many different countries. This means that the products we use were made at the expense of another life. Although some states in the US have illegalized animal testing, it is still legal in some states (California, Hawaii, Illinois, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York and Virginia), Other states need to join and ban animal testing. It should be a decision made by the whole country 

Moreover, animal abuse that leads to death, should be considered a criminal offence and a felony. If abusing humans and murder is wrong, why should it be any different when it comes to animals?

It's up to us to stop animal abuse as we're the ones who started it in the first place. Is it really worth it to benefit at the expense of another life?
