Although in some cases foie gras farming is at worst a slightly unpleasant and uncomfortable process for ducks and geese, at most foie gras farms the animals are treated cruelly and inhumanely. It is time we stop condoning the crowded, unsanitary, and painful conditions which are the industry standard in foie gras production by banning foie gras in Florida.
