As the human population continuously increases so does the animals, specifically homeless dogs and cats that roams around the streets. According to World Health Organization (WHO), there are over 600 million strays worldwide. Thus, each and every stray needs a loving home, or a proper care. As stated by the Shelter Animal Abuse Organization, there are at least 1 animal that dies from abuse in every 60 seconds. Other factors that 'causes the increased number of their deaths as well is lack of food, water, shelter, matting. Thus, these strays needs to be respected and taken care of. 

This petition aims to raise funds to be used as a support to create a well-maintained facilities for strays that are victims of animal abuse. Unlike other animal shelters that euthanizes these strays, this shelter will serve as there home, whether they'll get adopted or not. This petition as well aims to combat the ongoing animal abuse that is happening all around the world. Primarily, the dogs and cats that has the highest population count with over 200 million across the whole globe.
