We need to remove the HOA they are frauds and steel from the residents. They give fines and target residence when they speak up. For example when you comment something on the FB page that goes against them or questions the HOA sends people to take pictures of your property and a few days later they will send you a fine for XYZ. They are a MOB and force us to a spectrum deal that nobody in the community even voted for. No decisions made regarding the community is ever brought to the homeowners. The HOA board refuses to speak to homeowners and answer questions that we have rights to know especially when we are paying. We have amenities that we have to pay for when it should be included in our HOA fee. we have pools, a gym and all this stuff we cant use it without paying. The board members and the offices are ran by either family members or friends. this is not a bias community its a ran by mobs and they need to come down. They change rules without notifying anyone. If your HOA dues are late or missed they send you to a attorney and the HOA NEVER SENDS YOU A CURTESY LETTER BEFOREHAND and you cant ever speak to anyone there. And the attorneys office doesn't exist per the address of there paperwork. APV IS A FRAUD!!!  THE  LAWYER IS A FRAUD.

1. Any kind of meeting that is for the residents should be booked at a time for more people can make it after working hours around 7pm and maybe one meeting on the weekend for more people to join.
2. Each village should have a time to be able to join any meeting as there is so many villages not everyone can get done in 1 night.
3. We need safety patrol that APV/HOA should have going around all day long.
4. Never have I ever seen that in a residential area the speed limit is 40mph in what right mind does that happen. there are children playing outside, riding bikes, etc. in other places its 15-20mph
5.  I believe there should be letters sent to homeowners with any elections or meetings happening.
6. I want all homeowners to have a say in what's happening with this community.
7. I would like to be able to have property owners that do not live here to be able to vote from wherever they are.
8. The garbage not being picked up.
9. The amount of littering
10. The amount of accidents and nothing being done
