We need to get together, as paying customers, and stop American Airlines and/or other airlines from allowing people to purchase tickets from them or a third party knowing flights will be rebooked, delayed constantly, and canceled at the end. Thousands of people are stuck at the airport with no where to go, 8 hour lines, 8 hour holds over the phone, burning through their savings, getting no assistance, lost reservations with hotels and Airbnb (which also refuse to refund), desperate children, lost bags or bags being sent to destinations without the passenger. They say weather conditions to not provide refunds or vouchers when it is due to negligence and no pilots, lying, and them overbooking flights and kicking paying customers off to steal our money. The people want and deserve transparency and a full refund.
