Now, with Amazon planning to deploy drones for parcel delivery, my peaceful surroundings face a disruptive future. I want to wake up to the sound of nature, not the incessant buzzing of drones. I want to look up and admire the vastness of the sky, not see it littered with mechanical beasts.

Amazon's ambitious plans to use drones for rapid parcel delivery may seem like progress, but they come with significant consequences. Noise pollution from constantly buzzing drones will not only disturb our peaceful neighborhoods but also pose a severe threat to local wildlife. Birds and other creatures rely on natural soundscapes for breeding and communication, and the introduction of persistent drone noise could have disastrous effects on their populations.
