It's finally happening - Attorney General Yvette D’Ath’s about to introduce a Bill to scrap “gay panic” as a defence for murder in QLD. I’m here at Parliament right now, and just personally met the AG over a press conference! This is big - it’s expected the law will be officially scrapped in early 2017 with bipartisan support.
