Many people that work for Uber Eats, a food delivery platform, fall victim to tip baiting. People are working day in and day out to make money to survive only to have a tip removed from their order resulting in an extremely low payout. This is unacceptable and there is no reason for Uber Eats to allow this to go on.

Uber Eats needs to start showing support for their delivery drivers by getting rid of the option to remove a tip from an order. No other food delivery platform (e.g., DoorDash, Grubhub) allows the customer to remove the tip. With gas prices at an all-time high and the cost of living skyrocketing, tip baiting must be stopped. 

We delivery drivers cannot keep continuing to work for Uber Eats when they are making it clear to the public that they do not care about their drivers. Why are they allowing customers to tip bait us? This is wrong and needs to CHANGE! Let’s put an end to tip baiting for GOOD!
