An Update from Congressman Patrick Murphy: Today, the draft environmental impact statement (EIS) for All Aboard Florida (AAF) was released by the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA). There will now be a 75 day public comment period, which you can participate in by sending your comments to FRA at the address below or electronically via: AAF_comments@vhb.com. All comments must be received by December 3, 2014. This includes meetings at the West Palm Beach Marriott from 3:30pm-7:00pm on October 29th, The Kane Center in Stuart from 3:30pm-7:00pm on October 30th, and the Port St. Lucie Civic Center from 3:30pm-7:00pm on November 6th.
