My friends got their accounts wrongfully suspended by Al, and no human support was given. This has been happening for around 4 or 5 months, and it still occurs to this day, while accounts that are actually violating the Terms of Service of the said social media platform are not receiving any punishment. I think this petition is necessary because big tech companies are investing more in AI even though it still makes mistakes, but they are just doing it for more profit.
