1,000 Signatures & Texas Pauses Data Center Permits , What’s Next?

Hi yall,

We’ve officially reached 1,000 signatures, and the petition continues to gain momentum.

Texas pause on data center permits is an important development, but the goal of this petition has not changed: to stop the proposed AI data center from being built in Jacinto City.

This proposed site is just minutes from Downtown Houston, near the University of Houston, and directly beside an established community. This is about more than one concern, it’s about whether this is the right use of this property and the right direction for Jacinto City.
