The Issue
A federal judge just ruled it legal under the First Amendment to generate explicit images of children as long as "no real people are victimized" and "it's done in your own home". This should be a major concern though, considering the images (though may technically not be real children in the case of this bill 🙄) ARE STILL IMAGES INTENTED TO CONVEY A MINOR! The people who would even think to generate photos like this are the same people who would actually go out and offend. People that aren't pedophiles don't generate CP...
