Above is the second of the two consecutive leases, and they have identical terms of cost. It's a peppercorn lease.. The Planning Minister has been insisting otherwise. It's effectively on page 1 of the two leases.

Fringe volunteers
If we can get a steady presence with our banners at the Fringe this could have a huge impact on our cause.

We need numbers though.
John Rice, academic and mathematician, has generously offered to coordinate our presence and you can volunteer by contacting John directly at:  john.rice@adelaide.edu.au. 
Offering your name will not be a firm commitment but just an indication that you may be available at some point and would like to help.Please jump in where you can.
You would be mostly holding a banner at The Garden of Unearthly Delights entrance.
We are kicking off with a hastily arranged presence at the Fringe opening tonight, 

Our conviction is that a full public enquiry, whether ICAC or Royal Commission or other, is urgently needed.
It is strengthened by the knowledge that the commencement of work on the site well in advance of full approvals, is facilitated by the highly questionable concept of approval in stages, this being a first stage.
There is an extremely unhealthy smell about this project that can never be dispelled, and if ignored will create a Malinauskas government epitaph. Unfortunately it also puts a stain on the whole city. We have a duty to resist. 
And we have a brilliant alternative solution in Festival Plaza+, shortly to be released.
