Update Title: High Court to Decide If Enforcement Is Lawful! This Changes Everything!

Update Body:

Wayne Leighton has taken the Ministry of Justice to court and the case will be heard at the High Court on 13 May 2025.

Why does this matter for us?

Because it challenges:

 1) The legal authority to enter property and seize goods

 2) The way councils delegate enforcement powers

 3) Whether regulations like parking and council tax enforcement comply with human rights

The MoJ failed to respond on time. Now they’re admitting this is a test case of public interest.

This could impact the entire private enforcement industry including rogue parking companies.
