As a passionate dog trainer, I am deeply concerned about the presence of Augusto DeOliveira (Dog Daddy), an abusive dog trainer, in our beloved state of Arizona. It is crucial that we come together as a community to put an end to his harmful practices and protect the well-being of our beloved pets.



Witnessing the devastating effects of his abusive methods from his former clients, and the shocking videos he proudly posts online, has fueled my determination to speak out against individuals like Augusto DeOliveira.

 

Augusto DeOliveira has gained notoriety for his harsh training methods, which rely on fear, intimidation, and physical force. These outdated techniques are not only ineffective but also cause severe psychological harm to innocent animals. Dogs subjected to such abuse often suffer from anxiety disorders, aggression issues, and even physical injuries.



It is disheartening that someone who claims to be a professional dog trainer would resort to such cruel tactics instead of utilizing modern methods proven by experts worldwide. We cannot allow Augusto DeOliveira's abusive practices to continue unchecked in our state.

3. Many states across the United States have taken action against trainers who employ abusive techniques by implementing stricter regulations or outright banning them from practicing.



Petition Goal:

We urge local authorities in Arizona responsible for overseeing animal welfare standards to take immediate action against Augusto DeOliveira's presence within our state. We demand a thorough investigation into his training methods and, if found guilty of abuse, to prevent him from causing further harm to innocent animals.

Mr. DeOliveira will be in Phoenix on November 4th, 2023. He does not disclose locations for his events until right before they occur. I am working on securing the location of the Phoenix event and invite you all to join me in a peaceful protest- updates will be posted as I get them.
