Stop Abuse, Bullying, Harassment, Financial Exploitation,Discrimination Care staff- Slough
The Issue
I am a female healthcare worker employed at Domicilary Care in Slough, currently on a sponsor visa. I am raising serious concerns about systemic abuse, bullying, harassment, and exploitation occurring under the management of the Registered Managers. I personally experienced hostile treatment, intimidation, and unfair disciplinary actions related to a routine care task that was documented, approved by medical professionals, and consistently performed without issue for years. Despite submitting full explanations and evidence, I was pressured to sign false accusations and threatened with visa-related consequences. This behavior is a clear abuse of power, intimidation, and bullying, targeting vulnerable carers especially women and exploiting their immigration status. Furthermore, there are alarming signs of financial misconduct within the organization, including wage theft through unfair salary deductions, failure to pay unused holidays, possible tax evasion, and general corruption. These issues severely impact the wellbeing and rights of carers who are already working in challenging conditions. Many carers, not just myself, have suffered mistreatment, bullying, and unfair employment practices. Staff turnover is exceptionally high, suggesting a toxic work environment hidden behind closed doors. There appears to be a wider culture of coercion, cover-ups, and neglect of proper safeguarding procedures, placing vulnerable service users at risk. I urgently call on the relevant authorities to launch a thorough, transparent investigation into the managerial practices at the office. This should include interviews with current and former carers to uncover the full extent of financial and ethical misconduct, as well as abusive treatment of staff. While I am sharing my case here to highlight these issues, I am willing to provide full details and evidence, including names, to the appropriate investigating bodies upon request. This petition demands: A full, independent review of the Registered Managers conduct and their internal policies. Immediate safeguarding measures for carers facing intimidation and abuse. Investigation into financial irregularities, wage theft, and possible fraud or tax evasion. Support and advocacy for carers, especially those threatened due to immigration status. Transparent communication of findings and actions taken to protect staff and service users. It is time to hold those in power accountable and protect the dignity, safety, and rights of hardworking carers as well as the services users. I urge all concerned individuals and authorities to act swiftly and decisively.
If you need more information or evidence, I am ready to cooperate fully with any investigation.
