Sand Lake Hills is a residential subdivision of 990 single family homes.

The undersigned want the Orange County Commission to be aware of the opposition to the application to build a 3 story commercial building with inadequate parking and stormwater management in single family residential subdivision.

The proposed use requires many variances to the current code.  The application is contrary to an earlier approval,  and finally will be disruptive to the existing neighborhood.
