Be specific on the topics that concern you: increased crime, increased traffic, taxing our resources, this will be an eyesore in this subdivision and cast a giant shadow, renters are short term and won’t be invested in the community, schools are already at capacity, are we solving a rental problem specifically in Halton Hills or will we see an influx from neighbouring towns? Feel free to add in your own concerns of high density rental units here. And add you and your family members are all concerned and add your address.
