Lakeview Hospital, which is owned by Health Partners, has submitted its plan to the Stillwater City Council, for the property at Manning and 62nd Street.

The plan calls for a 104-foot tower, which is taller than the majority of buildings in Stillwater. The height of the tower would allow people to see into our yards, decks and private property especially since the building will sit on land that is elevated compared to the neighborhoods. 

The plans also call for the loading dock to face the neighborhoods of Legends and Stillwater Crossings.

This petition directs the Stillwater City Council to:

1. Limit the height of the new Lakeview/Health Partners building to no more than 72 feet (six commercial stories).
2. Relocate the planned loading dock to face Highway 36 and not the neighborhoods.
