31 buildings are constructed at Mohan Nano Estates and Mohan Suburbia and MahaRERA has issued Rera Registration certificates against fake commencement certificate issued by Ambernath Municipal Council Chief Officer and Town-planner Vidyasagar Chavan, before MahaRERA implementation many buildings are constructed under fake commencement certificate.
We have shared the Fake Commencement fraud with Ambernath Municipal Council through our grievance on CPGRAMS portal but our grievance were closed by giving false and incorrect reply by Ambernath Municipal Council and Thane Collector Joint Commissioner Santosh Deherkar to support fraud, corruption done by Ambernath Municipal Council, Builder and architect.
More than 300 flat owners are suffering due to poor inferior quality construction, tiles are getting cracked, water leakages and major wall cracks causing damages to entire building structure which builder is denying to repair.
