Bonjour,

Aujourd’hui, je travaille et je suis relativement bien payé. J’essaie de quitter l’appartement que j’occupe — appartement dont je suis officiellement expulsé, alors même que la dette locative a été largement surévaluée. Le juge de l’exécution et le commissaire de justice en ont été informés.

Malgré cela, je ne parviens pas à récupérer les reçus attestant de mes paiements des trois derniers mois. Ce sont les seuls documents qui me manquent pour constituer en ligne un dossier sur DossierFacile. Je ne comprends pas cette situation, d’autant plus que j’ai proposé de régler ou compléter tout montant qui resterait éventuellement dû.

S’il y a parmi les signataires des journalistes, je suis prêt à leur fournir des centaines de documents permettant de documenter la nature du harcèlement que je subis.

Hi,

I am currently working and earning a relatively good income. I am trying to leave the apartment I currently occupy — an apartment from which I have officially been evicted, even though the alleged rental debt has been vastly overstated. The enforcement judge and the judicial enforcement officer have been informed of the situation.

Despite this, I have been unable to obtain receipts confirming my rent payments for the past three months. These are the only documents I am missing to complete an online application through DossierFacile. I find the situation difficult to understand, especially since I have offered to pay or settle any amount that might still be outstanding.

If there are any journalists among those who have signed the petition, I am willing to provide them with hundreds of documents documenting the nature of the harassment I have been subjected to.
