Last year, Stonehill College had a surplus of $2.5 million. Most of the dorms do not come with air conditioning, and students are prohibited from bringing their own AC units. Stonehill College has emailed us regarding dangers during excessive heat conditions each year, but still will not provide AC. We, as students, are forced to live and work in uncomfortable and dangerous temperatures. We deserve a comfortable place to work, sleep, and most importantly, live.
