BRING BACK OUR COMMUNITY ARTS CENTRE

We the undersigned, request that the Victorian State Government commission an independant judicial inquiry into the takeover of the Newport Substation by the 2014 Committee of Management of the Hobsons Bay Community Arts Centre Inc. and supported by Hobsons Bay City Council. 

The inquiry should investigate:

• Breaches of the Associations and Incorporations Act.
• Conflicts of interest and undue influence by Hobsons Bay City Council Officers
• Hobsons Bay City Council funding of The Substation Inc.
• Corrupt activities of The Substation and Hobsons Bay City Council and it's officers
