I am starting this petition to stop the Stirling Coincil leaders implementing their plan to change the bin collection strategy. 

They  have proposed to reduce the grey and blue bin collection from fortnightly currently to ONCE a month !!!! And to charge £35 for disposal of garden waste. 
I live in a house as a family of 4 with 2 children and I know how fast our general waste fills up even tho we strictly recycle. 
I don’t even want to imagine how larger families will cope with a bin collection once a month, never mind local businesses affected. 

There is a serious risk of Vermin leaving things this long.

This comes at a time the council applied to increase council tax within the region, by the largest amount of 4.84% 

Stirling council enjoys a vast amount from one of the highest rate council taxes within Scotland. 
So we are all paying more into the pot but getting a drasticaly reduced service. 

I believe reducing the waste service will Vastly increase the likelihood of fly tipping and dumping of garden waste. 
let’s get together and actually do some good by getting the council to reverse their decision 

Let’s get them to run there Coincil and departments efficiently instead of allowing them another spending spree on new bin lorries !!!
