As the end of the semester is approaching, you'll be able to find most students worrying about their final grade. But, one student in class with teacher A may have had an extremely different experience than another student in the same course with teacher B. While it is impossible to unify the classroom experience, one thing is for certain: different exams do not properly display the same class. If our grades are representing our knowledge, in order to adequately represent all that we have learned throughout the course, teachers can be the only discrepancy. Within academic teams, at least 60% of semester final grades (or all formative assessments) should be uniform throughout the course. This way, we can ensure that letter grades are truly representing the same accomplishment for all students.
