Paul was an amazing Doctor.  I think the fact that the pilot didn't get picked up in the 1996 was a travesty.  With the anniversary, and the excitement about all things Doctor Who, it is suggested that a limited run (single series) be commissioned allowing Paul's Doctor to transition into the Time War and end where we see him in The Night of the Doctor.  The fans and Paul himself have been wishing for this for years
