We agreed to flatten the curve, not to have our businesses shut down for months. When our businesses re-open, we must make sure patronage is NOT conditional upon;
• being tested for diseases, nor trace testing to track our contacts;
• receiving a vaccination;
• obtaining an immunization card;
• wearing masks or gloves;
• having temperatures taken prior to entry

In addition, we are against employees of such businesses having to be forced to do the above mentioned items in order to regain, or keep, their employment.

We, the undersigned, are fully prepared to shop elsewhere, or boycott, if any of these conditions are part of any reopening.

This is a PRE-EMPTIVE petition, letting our representatives know our feelings PRIOR to businesses opening and implementing these restrictions. It's easier to prevent the restriction from happening, than it will be to remove it.

We are appreciative of the efforts of our SC state representatives Steven Long and Stewart Jones to speak on behalf of their constituents. This petition will reach their hands and hopefully, they will represent our opinion to SC Governor Henry McMaster on the reopening of the state BEFORE these regulations are suggested.
