Kim Davis the County Clerk for Rowan County Kentucky has stated that she issues marriage licenses based on her religious beliefs. Kim Davis was stated on that based on her confrontation of 2 gay men. Kim Davis religious beliefs go against her role as County Clerk and as a public official. Kim Davis is denying thousands of people the right to get a marriage license in Rowan County due to her religious views. Also lastly her office handles State License plates and registration renewals and that her stubbornness and bigotry of others also caused many people to be getting fines for failure to renew their auto registration. This petition is asking the Governor to call a special session of the Kentucky General Assembly and asking that impeachment take place as soon as possible not in January 2016. This impeachment of Kim Davis should serve notice to the rest of the holdout Clerks that they must issue a marriage license or face removal from office
