The people of Clark County, including many people across the nation are seeking an effort to BAN the sale of all animals from retail outlets such as Petland, PetSmart, and all other pet retail stores.

The unsanitary living conditions, as well as unsupervised overnight hours they provide for the animals prior to adoption is unfit and unsafe for any breathing animal. Due to lack of care and origin of the majority of these animals, they suffer lack of veterinary care and are adopted out in subpar health. Some resulting in death within a few days of departure from the facility. Many of these pet retails deprive the animals from proper bedding, nutrition and vet care in which should be MANDATORY if operating such facility.

Retail outlets should be banned nationwide for negligence of the animals health and for the sake of their well being. It is no surprise the majority of these animals origins come from unfit breeders and puppy mills in which there needs to be an end. It ends TODAY!
