All PWCS Students pass 2019-2020 school year with a 4.0 GPA & workers paid compensation.

The Issue

It would only make sense students pass for the entire school year because they hadn't even been able to finish more than half the year. It’s not the students' fault that the coronavirus is causing panic & fear around the world and it's not their fault that PWCS schools are being closed for the remainder of the year. The Coronavirus epidemic began in 2019 and gradually got worse to the point we are now. This virus has stressed thousands of students and made it harder for them to focus on schoolwork, see their possible tutors, and countless other variables. They should pass with a 4.0 GPA for the year due to these reasons and for helping ease the possible student family deaths that may have resulted from the virus.

As seen below, the regulation for the appeal of student matters should be followed for the distress & disadvantages caused by the Coronavirus.

Similarly, It’s not the employees' fault that the coronavirus is causing panic & fear around the world and it's not their fault that PWCS schools are being closed for the remainder of the year either. Many employees' families have been affected by the deadly virus as well. Furthermore, they have lost their jobs for the remaining school year due to this epidemic which isn't fair at all. I understand that this will be a hard decision for the county, but drastic times call for drastic measures.

As seen below, the Compensation policy should be followed for the distress & disadvantages caused by the Coronavirus.

1. Internal equity among the positions;

2. Salaries sufficient to attract both beginning and experienced applicants and retain competent, productive employees;

3. A salary program that provides incentives for improved performance;

4. A salary program which is within budget limitations.
