Change needs to take place so that this County funded facility makes the necessary changes to turn this local animal shelter from a kill shelter to a no kill shelter. Let other non-profit organizations step in and rescue these helpless animals so they can receive proper medical treatment and socialized training so that they can have a chance at being adopted and finding a forever home.
