We are calling for the immediate termination of Steve Kerr as head coach of the Golden State Warriors. Despite his past successes, including four NBA championships, it has become evident that his coaching strategies no longer align with the team's needs and aspirations. His inability to develop young talent effectively, coupled with questionable game-time decisions such as untimely substitutions and poor rotation management, have been detrimental to team performance. Furthermore, his lackluster timeout strategy often leaves us at a disadvantage during crucial moments in games. We believe that these shortcomings are wasting valuable years of Steph Curry's career.
