Overton Close, Frodsham: request for fencing

Overton Close, Frodsham: request for fencing
The Issue
Many residents of Overton Close, Frodsham, have had their property damaged at some point. Damage has ranged from cars on driveways being vandalised or broken into; possessions being stolen; litter being thrown onto driveways; windows, driveways and gardens being damaged; and even rubbish being posted through people's letterboxes.
Overton Close is currently open plan, which is making the situation worse. Many of us have requested fencing, but all our requests have so far been rejected. While fences will never make our properties totally safe, they would prevent accidental damage and should act as a strong deterrent for those intent on causing trouble.
We all want to make Overton Close a better place to live, and deserve to be able to keep our property safe. We therefore ask Weaver Vale Housing Trust to reconsider their previous decision and provide fencing for all properties on Overton Close.
