For those of us world travelers out here in the travel social space, we are crystal clear about the #powerofthepassport. #canIgetanamen? We would feel powerless without our global permission slip. Much like Batman without his cape; without his Alfred; without his Boy Wonder. Yes, our passports are akin to our very own Boy Wonder: a trusty sidekick we simply cannot live without. #perishthethought

We travelers share our journeys and often use emojis to add punctuation to our travels. And yes, we see the airplane emoji ✈️ and the cute little world emoji, but we don't see a universal passport emoji. And we are farklempt.

And while we know that iPhone has a worldwide reach and the passport emoji needs to appear universal, it also wouldn't hurt our abysmally low passport stats here in the U.S. if you ADDED A UNIVERSAL PASSPORT EMOJI to your arsenal of emojis so that world travelers everywhere can share the #powerofthepassport.
