Supporters, Thank you for your continued support of this petition, to demand that the Manteca Police Department remove the encryption from their main dispatch radio channel. We are almost to 500 signatures. Since election time is drawing near, and shifts in the city council will be taking place, I think it may be time to deliver the signatures and start a dialogue with the city and the police force.
