The People of Montana, specifically, Yellowstone County, request that the Child and Family Services Department (CFSD) and Department of Health and Human Services (DPHHS) be audited and held accountable for any and all mis-directed funds.

We request that these issues, such as, mismanagement of benefits, payouts for child removal, and any and all suspicious transactions are investigated thoroughly.

Many families across Montana have experienced the devastating effects of the mis-management of DPHHS Funds; from CFSD to the Supplimental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).

We The People of Montana deserve better and we hope that an audit will lead to significant and beneficial changes that will better serve us as families and communities across the state.
